During this project we are going to ingest all Customer data, map and unify profiles, defining complex rules. Once we have all customer information in one single point, we are going to ingest "activities" records, like purchases, visits, subscriptions, etc. Measure creating will help us to identify different customer segments, in order to be included in marketing campaigns. We can also configure enrichment algorithms to identify brands and interests of the customers.
Once we finalize the implementation, we are going to dedicate time to train end users, and to integrate with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys (if required). The integration with the Marketing App will help to send Customer Insights - Data Segments to Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys and include customers on customer journeys.
