SSPR: One of the most common and time-consuming IT Service Desk calls are related to users requesting a password re-set. Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) empowers employees to reset their own passwords and alleviates Service Desk resource time and reduced Service Desk logs. We will demonstrate to your users how easily they are able to reset their own passwords, and manage their security information, which will enable them to get back to work faster and be more productive.
