We are working within the Microsoft recommendations to deliver a three stage approach for the pilot to be considered, deployed and assessed to ensure successful roll out of the additional licenses, user engagement and achieve the success of the identified business case goals, specifically for frontline workers:

Plan - Phase 1: Pre-engagement meeting to determine challenges and success factors Prioritisation of key areas identified Up to 500 frontline workers identified for the pilot

Enable - Phase 2: Setup and onboard frontline workers in the customer’s tenant Deploy identified top frontline scenarios Regular status meetings to discuss pilot progress and challenges

Review - Phase 3: Identify blockers, key learnings and feedback from users who participated in the pilot Executive summary delivered Develop adoption plan

Ensuring organisations are utilising the full capabilities of their Microsoft 365 investment is part of our initial assessment and within Phase 1 of our process we will review their existing subscriptions whilst we analyse their user profiles. Being able to extend the value to the entire workforce, particularly frontline workers, allows clients to get more value from their investment. Our change management team will work alongside users to deliver adoption and continuous engagement with the productivity and connected tools delivered by the applications.
