IGA Roadmap - 4 Weeks Assessment

Security in today’s cloud and hybrid environments is a combination of many technologies and concepts. But, none more important than identifying who is accessing an environment and controlling that access while also being consistent with industry and product best practices. In this engagement we will dive into offerings available in Microsoft Entra for building, administrating and working with Identity Governance and Management. An IGA Roadmap will developed in collaboration with the client based on current state and the desired end state. This engagement will provide recommendations around IGA systems/architecture and existing provisioning processes. Lastly, the Road Map engagement will define a plan for implementing short, mid, and long term IGA components that addresses both tactical and strategic objectives.

During the IGA Assessment we will work around the following Identity Governance areas:

• Identity Management: Ability to manage the lifecycle of identities and their entitlements
• Access Management: Ability to manage credentials, define authentication experience, delegate assignment, measure usage, and define access policies based on enterprise security posture
• Identity Governance: Ability to assess and attest the access granted non-privileged and privileged identities, audit and control changes to the environment
• Operations: Optimize the operations Entra ID
