Identity Foundation Implementation Services with Microsoft Entra in 70 Days

The Microsoft Entra suite of solutions provides all around identity solutions for both internal and external identities as part of Microsoft 365. This engagement enables customers to swiftly leverage the full suite of Microsoft 365 products across their environments, while providing the expertise and tailored support needed to seamlessly adopt, extend, and enhance their capabilities to meet organizational objectives.

With this proof of concept you will see how the access and privileges of the organisation's users can be addressed so that they are managed efficiently and securely.

In the scope of this engagement we include the setup and configuration of Microsoft Entra considering the following main features:

• HR integration with the implementation of mechanisms to synchronize and consolidate identity;
• Lifecycle management of Identities, according to defined rules and process flows;
• Activation of user licenses and creation of dynamic rules of security group;
• Implementation of access governance mechanisms such as Entitlement Management, Access Reviews, Self Service Access Governance;
• Implement a Lifecycle Business Application governance and registration up 4 applications (2 on premises and 2 cloud applications);

Our approach to this project envisages phasing in three stages meaning that in each one of the implementation stages there is a progression of features, so that there is an increment over the time of the project, rather than a single delivery at the end: 1 - SOLUTION ANALYSES AND DESIGN Define project scope, objectives, and stakeholders. Establish governance structure and project plan. Understand the business requirements, compliance needs, and technical environment. Design the Identity Governance solution architecture that aligns with business and IT requirements.

2 - IDENTITY FOUNDATION Install and configure Microsoft Entra solutions to meet design specifications regarding user Lifecycle Governance, including HR integration; Configure Base Accesses Management processes;

3 - ACCESS GOVERNANCE Install and configure Microsoft Entra solutions to meet design specifications regarding access governance including Entitlement Management, Access Reviews, Self Service Access Governance and Application integration (up 4 applications -2 on premises and 2 cloud applications)
