ESG Current State Score Card

Updated description: Armanino’s ESG Scorecard is a product designed to help identify, manage, and mitigate sustainability risks. The tool leverages Microsoft Power BI to visualize the current state sustainability performance. Armanino’s tool includes an interactive Environmental, Social, Governance questionnaire completed with experts and business leaders. The ESG assessment interview is completed virtually in 1 hour.

Deliverables: Web-based Power BI scorecard that includes 14 key performance metrics (KPIs) across material environmental, social, and governance topics. Additionally, the scorecard links to publicly available ESG and sustainability risk ratings to provide benchmarking across industry leaders and competitors. An ESG competitor performance matrix is included based on peer review analysis. Methodology is included in the tool and updated based on current global standards from the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB). The Armanino team will deliver a 1-hour executive summary presentation to walk through findings, insights, and recommendations.

Outcomes: Users are able to define overall sustainability performance and measure progress towards future state targets. Additionally, organizations are able to compare performance to competitors and business partners and identify gaps in their sustainability program.
