• Extended understanding of the Power Platform -A new digitized business process in your Microsoft Tenant
• Documentation of the implemented business process
• Recommendations for the digitization and automation of further business processes

Day 2

• Learn the difference between a trigger as the first element and an action
• Concatenate values or items to variables
• Learn to create, manipulate and delete data sets
• Develop and train your first AI model with the Microsoft AI Builder
• Connect your workflow with different applications like Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, or Salesforce
