Workshops Microsoft 365

Our Microsoft 365 workshops are focused on taking advantage of the productivity apps, artificial intelligence and cloud accelarators for Customers. We help the Customers define an adoption strategy and explain every application of the Microsoft 365 suit. Then, we define the key users, design workshops specially for the Customer taking in consideration some pilots and real scenarios. The workshops are practical and we have labs for the users to explore all the functionalities in a guided way.

Giving our insights and experience to the Customers, listening to their main issues, we advise them in leverage the utilization of Microsoft 365 applications, as Planner, Teams, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and so one. We develop a strategy with our Customers in order to make a secure adoption of Microsoft 365 across all organization, passing know-how and training to the employees and top management, and creating a policy of governance and compliance.

So, in summary, our workshops have 3 main goals/ phases: 1 - Listen to the Customer and understand the pain points; 2 - Develop a Pilot solving these main issues with Microsoft 365; 3 - Train the users.

In this way, we can leverage the usage of Microsoft 365 applications and cloud adoption.
