Comprehensive workshop to determine how best to maximise an organisations use of Microsoft 365 to provide better collaboration, structure, and standardisation around working practices.
Our assessment starts with acquiring a comprehensive understanding of the organisations current IT environment, covering any pain points within the current set up, business drivers, motivations, expectations, and overall outcome from the cloud journey and progresses through well-defined phases of what is achievable from the assessment report.
An in-depth review of the organisations current infrastructure from a technical perspective, along with reviews of the Secure Score and Productivity Score are also carried out and documented on.
This provides a base to then work towards the phases of work, firstly providing a secure, platform to work on (SharePoint and Teams) and then working towards any data migrations and Power Platform development that would have been captured during the assessment.
