Microsoft 365 Frontline Worker Assessment

Our assessment starts with acquiring a comprehensive understanding of the organisations current IT environment, covering any pain points within the current set up, business drivers, motivations, expectations, and overall outcome from the cloud journey and progresses through well-defined phases of what is achievable from the assessment report.

An in-depth review of the organisations current infrastructure from a technical perspective, along with reviews of the Secure Score and Productivity Score are also carried out and documented on.

This provides a base to then work towards the phases of work, firstly providing a secure, platform to work on (SharePoint and Teams) and then working towards any data migrations and Power Platform development that would have been captured during the assessment.

The assessment itself covers the following:

1. Internal Collaboration (what problems do you currently have with systems in place)
2. Business processes currently in place, how they work, where data is saved, pain points (we can provide various demonstrations on the day)
3. External Collaboration (how is this done, any issues managing permissions, making sure files are secure, primarily sharing files via email etc.)
4. Storage of files (internal servers, 3rd party tools being used? Number of files within these systems?)
5. Technical audit to be conducted separately to the Business Technology Assessment to review Security and Compliance, Productivity Score and general setup of Microsoft 365 within your environment (if applicable).
