Consistently evolve and develop your Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments with ANS' Centre of Excellence
To help you to consistently evolve and develop your Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments, we've developed our Centre of Excellence (CoE) service. This service will give you access to all the features available in our Elevate 365 service, but additionally, provides access to a dedicated, named consultant and Account Manager who will work on your behalf. The consultant will work with you to define, prioritise and work through an ongoing backlog of items in an agile manner, which will be consumed from the Elevate 365 consultancy hours. The CoE service will typically provide you with 15 hours per month to consume on consultancy service, as well a one-off allocation of 14 onboarding hours, enabling you to take a hands-off approach to day-to-day management of your Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments and rely on ANS for a significant portion of the work, removing the need for any internal technical resource.
