A workshop to help the customer understand how to leverage the potential of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Apps for the digital transformation of Retail & Consumer Goods companies.
The proposed activity aims at helping the client understand the benefits of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents and the other main components of the Microsoft Power Platform, and analyze business processes where the usage of of Power Apps and related technologies brings advantages with their low code / no code approach. To achieve this result, Altitudo will organize 2 workshops using its best expertise in innovation and giving priority to the internal processes area of interest for the customer and their business key users. The output of this activity will be a brief report targeting the following points: • Identification of the key processes for a new digital transformation enabled low code / no code initiative. • Possible solutions, technological and business-related, for managing important aspects like HR Self Service, Partner Collaboration, Product Innovation • Development of the above-mentioned hypothesis about an action plan and the recommended PowerApps functionalities and related Power Platform Components
