A workshop to help the customer understand where and how to use CRM in order to improve customer engagement processes in the sales processes
The proposed activity aims at helping the client understand the benefits of CRM that derive from the usage of Dynamics 365 Sales and related products, and analyze sales business processes where the application of CRM brings along tangible and competitive advantages. To achieve this result, Altitudo will organize 2 workshops using its best expertise in innovation and giving priority to the customer engagement area of interest for the client and the business key user.
