Readiness to KSeF in Dynamics 365 Business Central: 3-days Workshop

KSeF is a national e-invoicing system implemented in Poland. It aims to facilitate and streamline the process of issuing, receiving, and archiving invoices electronically, promoting efficiency and reducing paperwork for businesses, government entities, and individual taxpayers. Starting from 1st July 2024, KSEF will be mandatory for all relevant parties, ensuring widespread adoption and compliance.

The subject of the workshop analysis is readiness to KSeF Implementation for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft Navision ERP Systems. Thanks to our workshops, you will receive a specific action plan, solution recommendations and support in choosing the right implementation, which will allow for smooth implementation and meeting the requirements of the KSeF before July 1, 2024.

The analysis is aimed at verifying, in legal, organizational and technical terms, mainly the following issues:

• Verification of Compliance with KSeF:

Detailed analysis of the sales and purchase processes in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft Navision ERP systems in terms of compliance with the requirements of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, both in legal and technical terms.

• Planning and Schedule of Tasks:

Developing the exact scope of works, including programming works, together with the initial planning of the KSeF implementation project, taking into account the specificity of your ERP systems.

• Support in the Selection of the Implementation Provider:

Presentation of recommendations regarding the best suited implementation providers who are experienced in the area of KSeF implementations for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft Navision ERP systems.

• Adapting the Solution Architecture:

Taking into account your current ERP systems when designing the KSeF solution architecture in the context of the selected implementation provider.

• Post Implementation Support:

We offer comprehensive support at every stage of implementation - from analysis, through the Implementation process, to later stages of service support.

• Consideration of Legal Changes and Deadlines:

Updating the knowledge about legal changes concerning the KSeF and adapting the project plans to the postponement of the KSeF entry into force.

Scope of work:

• Mapping to standard functionality aligns business processes with a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central system's standard features to avoid significant customizations;
• Recommendation document with overall architecture, estimated budget of recommendations, general schedule, gap fit difference and indication of project risks.
