1. Environmental Assessment We start with an Assessment process that involves working closely with your organization to understand your specific needs and determine how Copilot can best be used to meet those needs. This process takes on average 1 week. This may involve identifying specific tasks or processes that can be automated or streamlined using Copilot, as well as determining which users or teams will benefit most from using the tool. During the assessment we start by creating training guidelines and a curriculum that will suit your company. The resulting training and support guidelines will help your users work with Copilot effectively. We provide user guides, tutorials, and other resources to help users understand how the tool works and how it can be used to improve their workflow. This also may involve configuring Copilot to work with your email, calendar, and other tools.

2. Security Assessment We will take into consideration the security elements of your organization and tenants. We will ensure that Data Classification and Sensitivity is utilized effectively. Depending on your security posture, this process can take up to 2 weeks. This also includes checking on the Data Governance Policies that are enabled and the Access Controls you have. We will ensure that you have a good cyber security posture that will help us in deploying Copilot in a secure and well-faced manner.

3. Deployment We will create a schedule to roll out Microsoft Copilot at a pace and cadence aligned with your company's culture and availability. Copilot covers many facets of Microsoft 365 and can be tied to numerous Microsoft 365 applications. Our schedule will include a business first approach to eliminate the steep learning curve and optimize productivity gains. On average, this process takes 1 week.

4. Adoption Once Copilot is deployed (Even partially), we will enable monitoring and feedback services to collect usage metrics, conduct user surveys, and gather feedback through other channels to help improve the tool and ensure that it meets the needs of your organization. This allows us to continuously improve our service and ensure that Copilot is effectively meeting the needs of your organization. Since this process requires tool utilization and data analysis, it should take an average of 2 weeks to complete.
