• Get you signed up to Dynamics 365 online (in the cloud)
• Connect your Dynamics 365 to Office 365 (or help you sign up)
• Build your bespoke configuration into Dynamics 365 leads, accounts, contacts,

Opportunities:

• Customise fields
• Personalise views
• Build business rules and workflows
• Configure users, security roles, and business units
• Rollout the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook to your Dynamics 365 users (optional)
• Allows your users to track Outlook emails, appointments, contacts and/or tasks into Dynamics 365 and associate them to a contact, account, lead, or opportunity record
• Configure and test system

Week 2

Data Import

• Import your lead, account, contact, and opportunity data into Dynamics 365
• CSV template(s) to prepopulate – copy and paste your data

Training

• End-user training for approximately eight users
• Navigating around Dynamics 365
• Using basic search functionality
• Using advanced search functionality
• Configuring Dashboards
• Creating/updating/deleting records
• Best practices in keeping Dynamics 365 relevant/clean
• Latest Dynamics 365 for Sales features
• Complimentary take-home training video and training material

Go-Live of Dynamics 365

• Go-Live support
