Teams Rapid Deployment - 5 Week Implementation

Our Teams Rapid Deployment offer (TRD) is designed to quickly launch customers on a Microsoft Teams path for collaboration and meetings. Delivering modern enterprise voice using Microsoft Teams and associated products, we enable you to use Teams, SharePoint Online & OneDrive for Business to improve collaboration & productivity. Structured to be deployed within a short timeframe, it can be delivered in as little as three weeks with the correct customer engagement and stakeholder commitment. This takes customers through an accelerated journey of discovery, learning and best practice implementation.

In response to the rise in popularity of hybrid working, Agilisys has developed a Teams Rapid Deployment approach that implements the minimum safe viable solution within a matter of weeks. There are four types of rollouts we can offer, depending on your organisations need and your technical infrastructure:# Communication – For organisations who do not currently have a form of instant messaging and audio/video conferencing. This will allow employees to be able to make and receive Teams calls through the app, host Teams meetings and chat with colleagues either individually or in groups.

Collaboration – Delivering Teams for internal collaboration allows for all of the communication functionality to be implemented. This includes the wider Teams collaboration capabilities, which would give teams the ability to create shared workspaces; providing them with a virtual cloud-hosted area to easily share all team related content, co-author files, integrate with other systems and more.

Collaboration+ - Our Collaboration+ deployment delivers all the benefits of communication and internal collaboration, while also allowing you to safely open approved teams to add external guests into their workspaces.

Phase 2 - Once Phase 1 is rolled out, we can work with you to review and plan the best practise level right for you and customise this depending on your organisation's needs.
