Agilisys are able to rapidly deploy a Microsoft 365 Intelligent Intranet for organisations. This will allow improved colleague engagement, particularly in a hybrid working environment. This solution is particularly targeted at Local Government, Healthcare & Police services. It is also incredibly viable for Financial Services customers.
Customers who have legacy, on-premises SharePoint intranet solutions who wish to update to a modern experience are also appropriate for this engagement. Additionally, customers who sit on other out of date, legacy platforms will also find this engagement valuable.

The Intelligent Intranet solution is built using SharePoint Online, Viva Connections and Microsoft Teams & Microsoft Entra ID. This combination of modern collaborative technologies provides a personalised gateway to your organisations employee experience.

Whilst we indicate our guide price here, this is dependent on the volumes of content, complexity or organisational structure, plus engagement with local IT, HR & Communications. Our typical engagement is 3 months, but again can be dependent on the aforementioned variables.

Following the engagement, customers will enjoy a new Intranet, that surfaces the right information & connections to the right people in the flow of their work.
