Microsoft 365: 6-weeks Assessment

The Agilisys Microsoft 365 assessment is a comprehensive review of an organisations Microsoft 365 configuration. It provides assurance of the current implementation and roadmap for a full best practice Microsoft 365 implementation. The assessment provides the following:

• A clear view of how Microsoft 365 can support and enable the delivery of your business requirements, enabling innovation and leadership in IT enabled business change. • Assurance of the current Microsoft 365 tenancy against recommended practice. • Identifies security or compliance risks within the current configuration, and the recommended approach to address these. • Identifies opportunities for cost savings through rationalisation and standardisation onto Microsoft 365. • Identifies additional Microsoft 365 components that can be implemented to meet business requirements • Provides an outline implementation approach for additional Microsoft 365 components. • Provides a strategic roadmap to maximise the opportunities & realise the benefits from your investment in Microsoft, aligned to NCSC and industry standards (NEP, NHS etc)

The assessment commences with understanding the business challenges and requirements, and adapts the plan and approach to address these outcomes within the assessment. We are also able to adapt to wherever the organisation is in their Microsoft 365 implementation journey, and define the next steps to implement additional capability.
