Deliverables * Review of the Power Apps platform including Microsoft license check. * Identify a business use case using the Value Proposition canvas on Klaxoon board in Microsoft Teams. * Evaluation of the potential ROI from building a Power Apps to assist this business process * Skill gap assessment of your citizen developers along with source learning material to assist citizen developers to build their own apps * Roadmap for the rollout of apps including iteration design approach to launch basic apps into production. ### Outcomes * Better understanding of the potential of Power Apps to allow citizen developers to create their own apps. * Identify the training sources to assist developers to learn how to create more complex apps. * Evaluation of their licensing position for Seeded versus Premium subscription and how to enable a trial license if required
