Email Services Migration and Implementation on Microsoft 365

This comprehensive service includes full discovery and migration planning, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. We validate and test the email data export and import time window, guaranteeing no loss in email delivery during migration. Users can access their new mailbox while data import from the old mailbox completes, ensuring uninterrupted service. Each user or mailbox moved is validated for successful migration. Our service supports mailbox data sourced from on-premises email systems, cloud-hosted services, or end-user devices. Please note that workflow or custom forms in public folders and public folders themselves are not migrated as part of this service.

Service delivery:

• Perform required discovery and information gathering: 
  • List of user to be migrated, including the full paths. And associated licensing.
  • Full permission structure. 
• Perform a test migration to confirm that the proposed migration process and timings are viable. 
• Based on the discovery and test migration phase, Acuutech will design a migration plan outlining the timing and migration process for all the users to be migrated. 
• For each user/account being migrated, Acuutech will provide a projected migration period based on data type and size. 
• Migration of users and accounts settings, in line with agreed plan.
• Ensure all migrated users’s are accessible on the destination platform and users are able to connect to their migrated accounts.
