Service Delivery:

Full solution design and deployment.
Create a new Entra ID tenant (if required).
Create all required users within the Entra ID and assign the required subscription, mail settings, and access policies as defined in the client onboarding process.
Update the DNS settings to correctly support Microsoft 365.
(If required) configure AD sync, to allow synchronisation between local AD and Entra ID).
Apply mail delivery rules to users and DLs as outlined in the client onboarding process,
Apply Microsoft best practice security, anti-virus and policy settings to Microsoft 365 and Azure AD.
Provide MFA setup guides to end users.
Enable and enforce MFA for users and assist users with MFA setup (authenticator application and enrolment).
Enable Microsoft security defaults/appropriate conditional access rules on the Tenant.
Confirm that all users can correctly access their subscription via office.com.
Confirm all users can correctly send and receive email.
Provide nominated staff with access to the Microsoft 365 and Entra ID management portals.
Provide training in using the Microsoft 365 and Entra ID management portals.
