Microsoft Viva Connections is a company branded employee experience designed to keep your teams informed with personalized themes.

4Connect offers a single touchpoint for Managers, Information- and Frontline workers that enable and build meaningful connections. Employees will engage in a tailored experience to access content, news, join communities, receive communication and utilize tools that relate to their respective roles.

Agenda: Week 1-2: - Perform an initial assessment with customer and of the environment

  • Determine if it is a Modern/Classic or Hybrid environment
  • Review existing Sharepoint Online environment and navigation setup
  • Workshop priority use cases for dashboards
  • Refine and confirm scope and deliverables based on the business requirement
  • Confirm prerequisites and technical dependencies

Week 3-5:

  • Enable/configure relevant settings and in Microsoft 365 tenant
  • Evolve and prepare intranet environment (content)
  • User Acceptance Testing to be confirmed by an Agile Project Methodology

Week 6 + hypercare:

  • Quick reference guides to enable users
  • Assistance with draft communications and roll-out plan
  • Hypercare (1 month post go-live support)
