Abfront Easy Copilot - CRM

Absfront Easy Copilot is a packaged and programmatic way to support customers to activate Copilot in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment. This project includes Copilot activation, basic training, workshops to identify areas for improvement as well as configuration of Copilot in defined areas. Depending on identified needs, Absfront will 1) activate and configure Copilot inside Dynamics 365 or 2) build specific Copilot Agents using Copilot Studio.

1. Copilot in Dynamics 365 & Copilot for Dynamics 365 Absfront Easy Copilot is our packaged service offering to activate Copilot in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights or Customer Service.

2. Copilot Studio Absfront will leverage the power of Copilot studio to create one or more Copilot agents for identified workstreams.
