As the company grows, there are often growing pains around the IT environment. There are too many manual processes, islands of data and even challenges in keeping a healthy control of the business. Maybe you've done some research and even had your eye on Microsoft’s business applications? You know you should do something, but you are still a little unsure of exactly what and how. This workshop aims to help you gain a better understanding of your needs and gives an insight into the most relevant parts of Microsoft Dynamics 365. The time limit for this workshop is only half a day.

The objectives of the workshop: Better insight into your biggest pains and gains with Dynamics 365 Identify which processes and functions are most important to continue to focus on. Identify which parts of Dynamics 365 can match the need.

Who should participate? Anyone who can be affected by a new IT system, such as the CFO, sales manager, salespersons, marketing and other key users. We decide this together. We will walk through "a day at work" for a selected number of different roles.

What happens afterwards? When the activity is completed, you will receive an overview of the results of the workshop and recommended next steps.
