解决方案执行： 基于客户目前的AD架构，以及与Global AD的联动关系，构建出一套新的AD架构，并实现SSO统一认证； 分阶段迁移 Exchange、SharePoint、OneDrive、Teams 数据； 配置 Intune 策略实现设备合规性管理； 根据客户安全要求，进行安全解决方案POC和落地；

执行后合规验证： 确保数据完整性与访问权限； 实时监控迁移进度与数据状态； 保证原租户不保留中国相关数据； 确保两个租户可以进行对话和分享，在保持独立的前提下进行业务沟通；

Pre-Migration Services: Identify PII data to be migrated using Microsoft 365 Content Search. Assess data volume, structure, and sensitivity. Plan migration timeline and rollback mechanisms. Provide equivalent replacements for security services temporarily unavailable in the 21Vianet environment (e.g., MDE, MDO, MDI), based on customer requirements.

Solution Execution: Design a new Active Directory (AD) architecture based on the customer’s current AD setup and its integration with the global AD, enabling unified Single Sign-On (SSO). Migrate Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams data in phases. Configure Intune policies to enforce device compliance management. Conduct Proof of Concept (PoC) and implement security solutions according to customer security requirements.

Post-Migration Compliance Validation: Ensure data integrity and access permissions. Monitor migration progress and data status in real time. Confirm that no China-related data remains in the original global tenant. Enable communication and sharing between the two tenants while maintaining their independence for business operations.
