CONTENT AND TRAINING FORMAT

This course is provided online in 6 weeks for up to 15 students (price provided for group). Each weekly module has a theoretical part, cases with best practices and practical assignments that participants fulfill in the online environment of your organization, that allow students to gain practical skills and adapt to new technologies better. They get support from our trainers, share their insights, support each other, and develop a strong community.

  • Week 1. The role of the community manager; key elements of a successful community; change management basics; key elements of the Microsoft Teams digital workplace
  • Week 2. Identifying champions; building a team of champions; the role of leadership in the success of the community; ways to attract leadership
  • Week 3. Community maturity model; establishing strategy and goals of the community; impact of the corporate culture on user adoption and engagement
  • Week 4. Rules of online behavior and network etiquette; effective moderation and handling objections; resources for new users
  • Week 5. Community use cases; communication & engagement calendar
  • Week 6. Basic analytical tools; user’s behaviors and its measurement; accepting assignments and Community Playbooks
